Refund policy
When you buy a new Monolith from us, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If you're not satisfied, please let us know so that we can make it right.
We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of placing your order. To be eligible for a refund, your Monolith must be in the same condition in which it was received. Products containing the words "FINAL SALE" in the product description are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
Once you've decided you'd like to return your Monolith, please contact us at support@coolte.ch to start the return process. When requesting a return, please provide your order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cooltech will cover the costs of shipping the return as long as you return the goods in the original packaging and are shipping the goods from within the mainland (48) United States. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
